Refund policy
At Quality Pulls, we want every trainer to feel confident and excited about their purchase. We take great care in ensuring the authenticity and condition of our products, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Below is our policy on refunds and returns:
Returns & Refunds
- Due to the nature of collectible trading cards, all sales on sealed products, single cards, and booster packs are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
- However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos showing the issue. We will review the claim and determine the best solution, which may include a replacement or partial refund.
- If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Once an order is shipped, we cannot process cancellations.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Once a package has been shipped and tracking is provided, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Authenticity Guarantee
- We guarantee the authenticity of all our Pokémon cards and products. If you believe you have received a counterfeit item, please reach out immediately, and we will investigate the issue.
